Dental Implants in Turkey: Costs, Stages and Risks
Dental implant cost in Turkey depends on diagnosis, number and position of missing teeth, bone and gum health, implant system, restorative work, dentist, contracted clinic and follow-up. A per-tooth headline or UK comparison is not a personal Revitalize quotation.
Assessment and alternatives
The dentist should examine teeth, gums, bite, bone, medical history, medicines, smoking and oral hygiene, using imaging where indicated. Alternatives may include no treatment, a removable denture, bridge or another restorative plan. Bone grafting is not required for everyone.
Stages and written quotation
Implant treatment can include extraction, grafting, implant placement, healing and fitting a crown, bridge or denture. Ask which implant and components are proposed, who performs each stage, what temporary restoration is included and how maintenance or replacement parts are handled. Risks and maintenance
Risks include pain, swelling, bleeding, infection, failure to integrate, gum or bone loss, nerve or sinus injury, component loosening, bite problems and further treatment. Implants do not prevent gum disease or decay in remaining teeth and require ongoing hygiene and review.

What affects the cost
There is no single per-tooth figure that applies to everyone. The main variables are how many teeth are missing and where they sit, the condition of the bone and gums, whether grafting or a sinus lift is needed first, which implant system is proposed, and what is fitted on top: a single crown, a bridge or a full arch.
Other items change the total without changing the implant itself. Temporary teeth during healing, laboratory work, the number of trips required, extractions, and any treatment of gum disease before implant placement all belong in the quotation rather than being discovered later.
One tooth, several teeth or a full arch
A single missing tooth, a gap of several teeth and a full arch are different problems with different solutions, and the cost follows from that rather than from a per-implant rate.

Comparing quotations

Check whether each one names the implant system and components, the dentist and the facility, the diagnostics, the temporary and final restorations, the laboratory work, the number of visits, the follow-up and what happens if a component fails.
