Build the total cost across all visits
Ask for one itemised plan covering the clinical work and a separate breakdown for each trip. Include these items once, checking which are already covered by a package:
- Assessment and preparation: examination, imaging and any necessary extractions, gum treatment, bone grafting or sinus lift.
- Implant and restoration work: implants, abutments, temporary teeth, final crowns or bridges, laboratory work and fitting appointments.
- Every planned visit: return flights, accommodation, transfers, meals and companion expenses where these are not included.
- Aftercare and maintenance: review appointments, hygiene, repair or replacement terms, and who pays for any additional treatment or return travel.
Total planned budget = complete treatment quotation + excluded costs for every trip + separately charged follow-up and maintenance. Keep an additional contingency for expenses that cannot be confirmed in advance; an itemised quote is not a guarantee that no further care will be needed.
How to compare a Turkey quotation with a UK quotation
Use the same treatment scope, implant components and restoration material. Convert both totals into the same currency on the same date, including any payment or currency conversion charges. A cheaper implant-only figure does not establish a cheaper completed treatment. Check the deposit, quote validity, cancellation terms and charges if the clinical plan changes after examination.
