Nd:YAG laser treatment uses a neodymium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet laser. Different wavelengths, pulse settings and delivery systems are used for different clinical purposes, so the name alone does not identify a complete treatment plan.

Depending on the device and practitioner, Nd:YAG technology may be considered for selected vascular or pigment concerns, hair reduction and some other dermatological indications.
