Facial plastic surgery includes operations that change or reconstruct the nose, eyelids, brow, ears, chin, jaw, face or neck. The correct plan depends on anatomy, function, health and goals—not a universal “transformation” package.
Assessment and alternatives
A consultation should review breathing or vision symptoms, facial proportions, skin, dental bite, previous procedures, medicines, smoking and expectations. Alternatives may include no treatment, a different operation or a selected non-surgical procedure. Digital simulation and before-and-after images can support discussion but do not guarantee a result.
Choosing a provider

Risks
Risks vary and may include bleeding, infection, scarring, asymmetry, altered sensation, nerve injury, breathing or eyelid problems, blood clots, anaesthetic complications and revision surgery. Recovery and durability vary with the operation and patient; permanent or fixed-age-reduction claims are not reliable.
