Full Face Rejuvenation Package 3 is our most extensive facial package. What the package includes

• Deep plane facelift — the foundation; repositions deeper layers to treat mid-face descent and deep folds and to refine the jawline
• Neck lift and temporal lift — tighten the neck and raise the outer brow so the upper and lower face stay in balance
• Upper and lower eyelid surgery — eases heavy upper lids and treats under-eye bags and loose skin
• Lip lift — shortens the distance between the nose and upper lip, which often lengthens with age and reduces how much of the teeth shows

Who it suits

People with ageing across the face, eyes, lips and neck who feel their upper lip has lengthened over time and want one comprehensive, natural-looking plan. If the lip is not a concern, Package 2 covers the rest with one procedure fewer. A detailed consultation assesses your anatomy, skin quality and goals first.

The operation and recovery

Six procedures under one general anaesthetic make for a long operation and swelling across the face, eyes and mouth, in exchange for a single recovery. For the facelift and neck lift component, our pages give light activities within one to two weeks, swelling much reduced by two to four weeks and a final result over several months. Expect the upper lip to feel tight and look swollen at first.

Planning the trip from South Africa

• Flights: direct flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Istanbul take around ten hours, then a short domestic flight to İzmir
• Visa: South Africans apply for an e-Visa online before travelling; see the e-Visa guide
• Length of stay: the number of nights in Turkey is set in your written treatment plan once the surgeon has reviewed you; stay until the post-operative checks are done before the long-haul flight
• Fitness to fly: the surgeon decides when you can fly, so book a return ticket you can change
• Time difference: İzmir is one hour ahead of South Africa
• Cover: medical schemes generally do not cover elective surgery abroad, and travel insurance usually excludes planned treatment; check both

Follow-up at home

At home, the same team follows up by photograph, message and video call; give your GP the operation notes. What we will not do

We will not confirm a package before a board-certified surgeon has reviewed your photographs and history, we will not promise a result, and we will not operate if your health makes it unsafe. We will not include the lip lift, or any other part, just to complete a package; if the surgeon thinks it will not help you, it is left out.

What is the difference between Package 3 and Package 2?

Package 3 contains everything in Package 2 and adds a lip lift, which shortens the space between the nose and the upper lip.

Why include a lip lift in a full face package?

The distance between nose and upper lip often lengthens with age and less of the teeth shows. Lifting the lip restores that balance alongside the facelift and eyelid work.

Is it safe to have six procedures in one operation?

Only if the surgeon judges it safe for your health. If not, the plan is reduced or split, and we will explain why.

How long should I plan to be away from South Africa?

Your written treatment plan sets the stay after the surgeon has reviewed you. Add travel days on each side and keep the return ticket flexible.

Will my medical aid cover a lip lift or facelift?

South African medical schemes generally do not cover elective cosmetic surgery abroad. Ask your scheme directly before you book.
