For patients in South Africa
Full Face Rejuvenation Package 1 in Turkey from South Africa: four procedures, seven nights
Full Face Rejuvenation Package 1 treats the upper face, mid-face, lower face and neck in one coordinated plan. It is our first full face option and the one without lower eyelid surgery. This page explains what is included, what the seven-night stay covers and what to plan for the trip from South Africa.
In short: A full facelift, neck lift, upper eyelid surgery and temporal lift in one surgical plan. The package lists a seven-night stay in total, with VIP accommodation at the Mandarin Grove recovery retreat, half board (breakfast and dinner), and 24/7 support including a bilingual chaperone during your hospital stay.

What the package includes
- Full facelift — the base of the package; repositions deeper tissues to treat mid and lower face sagging, soften deep folds and define the jawline
- Neck lift — tightens loose skin and muscle bands and treats fat under the chin, so the neck matches the face
- Upper eyelid surgery — removes or reshapes excess skin to ease heavy, tired-looking lids
- Temporal lift — lifts the outer brow and temple to open the eye area without an over-lifted look
The original description is on the Full Face Rejuvenation Package 1 page; all facial procedures are in our facial surgery guide for South African patients.
Who it suits
People with ageing across several areas at once: sagging skin and jowls, heavy upper lids and a lowered brow, who want a comprehensive and long-lasting result that still looks natural. If under-eye bags are a main concern, Package 2 adds lower eyelid surgery. A detailed consultation assesses your anatomy, skin quality and expectations first.
The operation and recovery
Treating every area in one plan avoids one part of the face looking rejuvenated while another does not, and replaces several separate recoveries with one. It is also a long operation under general anaesthesia, with swelling and bruising across the face and around the eyes. For the facelift and neck lift, our pages give light activities within one to two weeks and a final result over several months; eyelid stitches usually come out after five to ten days.
Planning the trip from South Africa
- Flights: direct flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Istanbul take around ten hours, then a short domestic flight to İzmir
- Visa: South Africans apply for an e-Visa online before travelling; see the e-Visa guide
- Stay: the package lists seven nights in total, with recovery at Mandarin Grove near İzmir between check-ups; the surgeon may advise a longer stay
- Fitness to fly: the surgeon decides when you can fly, so book a return ticket you can change
- Time difference: İzmir is one hour ahead of South Africa
- Cover: medical schemes generally do not cover elective surgery abroad, and travel insurance usually excludes planned treatment; check both
Follow-up at home
At home, the same team follows up by photograph, message and video call; give your GP the operation notes. Medical complications and clinically necessary revisions within one year are covered by our treatment guarantee; flights and accommodation for any repair remain your own cost. Facts about the clinic and surgeons are on the clinic facts page, and if something goes wrong you can use our complaints process.
What we will not do
We will not confirm a package before a board-certified surgeon has reviewed your photographs and history, we will not promise a result, and we will not operate if your health makes it unsafe. We will not shorten the stay to fit a flight, and we will not combine all four procedures if the surgeon judges a shorter operation safer for you.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in Full Face Rejuvenation Package 1?
A full facelift, a neck lift, upper eyelid surgery and a temporal lift, with a seven-night stay in total, VIP accommodation at Mandarin Grove, half board and 24/7 support.
Who is the bilingual chaperone?
The package includes 24/7 support, with a bilingual chaperone who accompanies you during your hospital stay.
Is seven nights enough before flying to South Africa?
It is the stay the package lists, but the surgeon decides when you are fit to fly. Book a return ticket you can change in case you need longer.
How is this different from Package 2?
Package 2 uses a deep plane facelift and adds lower eyelid surgery for under-eye bags. Package 1 does not treat the lower eyelids.
Will I still be bruised on the flight?
Probably some. Swelling and bruising after facial surgery take time to settle, so sunglasses and a scarf help, and you should keep your head raised and drink water.
