A breast lift in Turkey, also known as mastopexy, reshapes and raises existing breast tissue by removing selected excess skin and repositioning tissue and the nipple–areola area where appropriate. It does not automatically add breast volume or guarantee a particular body shape.

This Revitalize guide explains techniques, provider checks, costs, risks and recovery. The correct plan can only be determined after an individual surgical assessment.

Breast lift techniques and scars

Incision patterns may be around the areola, extend vertically to the breast crease, or include an incision along the crease. The pattern depends on breast shape, skin, tissue, nipple position and the degree of lift required. Scars are permanent, although their appearance normally changes over time.

Terms such as crescent, periareolar, vertical and anchor lift describe different patterns; no one technique is suitable for every patient. “Minimal scar” should not be interpreted as scar-free or minimal risk.

Breast lift, augmentation or reduction?

A lift changes position and shape. An implant or selected fat transfer may be discussed when more volume is requested, while reduction removes breast tissue as well as skin. Combining procedures changes operating time, scars, risks and recovery. The surgeon should explain why any combination is proposed.

Assessment before surgery

The assessment should cover medical history, medicines, allergies, smoking, previous breast operations, pregnancy plans and expectations. Examination and appropriate imaging may be advised according to age, symptoms and clinical findings. Tests are selected for the individual rather than taken from a generic package list.

Do not stop medicine or supplements without advice from the appropriate clinician. Smoking can increase wound-healing complications, so follow the surgical team’s personalised instructions.

Choosing a verified Revitalize provider

Ask Revitalize to confirm the proposed surgeon and hospital in writing. Only a currently verified contracted provider should appear in your treatment plan. Check the surgeon’s relevant plastic surgery qualifications and breast surgery experience, hospital licensing, anaesthesia arrangements and complication pathway.

Do not rely on unrelated clinic rankings, unverified accreditation claims or claims that a team has performed “thousands” of procedures. Genuine Revitalize patient reviews may describe individual experiences, but no review or photograph can predict your result.

Risks and realistic expectations

Potential complications include bleeding, infection, fluid collection, delayed wound healing, wound separation, asymmetry, altered nipple or breast sensation, partial or total nipple loss, noticeable or widened scars, tissue damage, blood clots, anaesthetic complications and revision surgery. Breastfeeding ability can be affected.

No ethical provider can promise perfect symmetry, a “dream body”, invisible scars, a life-changing emotional effect or complication-free surgery. Pregnancy, ageing and weight change can alter the result.

Breast lift cost in Turkey

There is no responsible universal price. Cost depends on procedure complexity, whether another operation is combined, operating time, surgeon and hospital requirements, anaesthesia, tests, garments, accommodation and aftercare. Currency movement also affects international comparisons.

Revitalize provides a personalised written quotation after an initial review. Check what is included, which circumstances could create an additional charge and how complications or revisions are handled. Treatment should not be sold through credit promises, insurance assumptions or time-limited pressure.

Recovery and travel

Swelling, bruising, tightness and temporary sensation changes can occur. Dressings, drains or a support garment may be used. Follow individual instructions about wound care, medicine, sleeping position, driving, work, lifting and exercise rather than a fixed online timetable.

Confirm how long the surgeon expects you to remain in Turkey before booking return travel. Contact the clinical team for increasing redness, pain, discharge, fever, wound changes or sudden swelling. Heavy bleeding, chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting or sudden leg swelling require urgent medical assessment; in a UK emergency, use NHS emergency services.

Combining breast lift with other surgery

A breast lift may form part of a personalised mummy makeover, but combining procedures is not automatically safer, cheaper or easier to recover from. Total operating time, blood-clot risk, healing demands and individual health must be considered. Staged surgery may be recommended.

Questions to ask before booking

  • Which incision pattern and procedure are proposed, and why?
  • Who is the confirmed surgeon and which verified hospital will be used?
  • What risks, scars and limitations apply to me?
  • What is included in the written quotation?
  • How will follow-up continue after I return home?

Read Revitalize’s breast uplift treatment page, breast lift guide and indicative price information. The final procedure, provider, hospital, timing and price remain subject to clinical assessment.
