Breast Implant Surgery in Turkey

A breast implant procedure, medically known as breast augmentation, is one of the most effective surgical options for enhancing the size, shape, and symmetry of the breasts. Using high-quality silicone implants, the procedure creates fuller, more proportionate breasts while complementing your natural body contours.

A breast implant procedure in Turkey starts from £3,900. Most patients fly home after 5–7 days, with their final results becoming visible over the following months and long-lasting, provided a stable weight is maintained.

THE PROCEDURE

What is breast implant surgery?

A breast implant procedure (breast augmentation) enhances the size, shape, and symmetry of the breasts using high-quality silicone implants to create fuller, more balanced, and natural-looking proportions.

Unlike non-surgical breast enhancement treatments, breast implants provide a significant and long-lasting increase in breast volume and projection. The procedure is particularly effective for women who naturally have smaller breasts, have lost breast volume following pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss, or wish to improve breast symmetry and overall body proportions.

At Revitalize in Turkey, every breast implant procedure is tailored to your individual anatomy, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals. Our experienced plastic surgeons use advanced techniques and premium-quality implants to achieve balanced, natural-looking results while prioritising safety, combining expert surgical care with the exceptional value and hospitality that have made Turkey a leading destination for cosmetic surgery.

SUITABILITY

Are you a candidate for breast implants?

A breast implant procedure may be right for you if you:

  • Would like to increase the size and fullness of your breasts

  • Have lost breast volume following pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight loss, or ageing

  • Want to improve breast symmetry or achieve better body proportions

  • Are close to your ideal weight and able to maintain a stable weight after surgery

  • Are in good general health and a non-smoker, or able to stop before surgery

  • Have realistic expectations about the results and recovery

Candidacy is always confirmed after a medical review of your medical history, photos, and goals. If breast implants alone are not the most appropriate option, we’ll honestly recommend combining them with a breast lift or suggest a more suitable procedure based on your anatomy and desired outcome.

TECHNIQUES

Breast implant techniques we offer

The right technique depends on your anatomy, the degree of ageing and your recovery preferences.

Under the Muscle Implants

The implants are placed under the chest muscles for the muscle to provide padding

Over the Muscle Implants

The implants are placed over the muscle for more definition and volume for the breasts

RECOVERY

Breast implant recovery timeline

Days 1–3: Rest with your upper body slightly elevated to help reduce swelling. Mild discomfort, swelling, and tightness are expected during this period, and your dressings and any drains (if used) will be monitored by our nursing team. You’ll also be advised to wear a supportive surgical bra continuously.

Days 4–7: If drains have been placed, they are usually removed during this period. You’ll become more comfortable carrying out light daily activities while continuing to wear your surgical bra. Most patients are able to fly home after 5–7 days, subject to their surgeon’s approval.

Weeks 2–6: Swelling continues to improve, and the implants gradually begin to settle into position. You can progressively return to normal daily activities, but heavy lifting, upper body workouts, and strenuous exercise should be avoided until your surgeon confirms it is safe to resume them.

Months 3–6: The implants continue to settle into their final position, the breasts soften into a more natural shape, and any remaining swelling resolves. With a stable weight and healthy lifestyle, your results are long-lasting.

SAFETY FIRST

Risks & safety

A breast implant procedure is a well-established surgery, but like any operation, it carries risks, which we discuss openly during your consultation. These can include swelling, bruising, temporary numbness, fluid collection (seroma), delayed wound healing, changes in nipple or breast sensation, and — more rarely — bleeding, infection, blood clots, capsular contracture, implant rupture, implant displacement, or asymmetry.

We minimise these risks by performing a comprehensive pre-operative health assessment, using meticulous surgical techniques, and providing structured aftercare with 24/7 access to our medical team throughout your stay. Your surgeon will explain your individual risk profile in detail and provide personalised guidance to support a safe recovery.

ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions

What are breast implants?

Breast implants are medical-grade silicone implants used to increase breast size, restore lost volume, improve symmetry, and enhance overall breast shape. They are selected to suit your anatomy and desired outcome.

Am I a good candidate for breast implants?

Breast implants may be suitable if you would like fuller breasts, have lost breast volume after pregnancy or weight loss, wish to correct breast asymmetry, or want to improve your body proportions. Your surgeon will confirm your suitability after reviewing your medical history, photos, and goals.

What type of implants do you use?

We use premium-quality silicone breast implants from internationally recognised manufacturers. Your surgeon will recommend the most appropriate implant size, profile, and shape based on your anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Will my breasts look and feel natural?

Yes. When the implant size and placement are carefully chosen, breast implants can produce very natural-looking and natural-feeling results that complement your body shape.

Will I have visible scars?

All breast augmentation procedures involve small incisions, so some scarring is unavoidable. Your surgeon places incisions in discreet locations—such as the breast crease—where scars are usually well concealed and fade significantly over time.

How long is the recovery?

Most patients are able to fly home after 5–7 days, subject to their surgeon's approval. You'll wear a supportive surgical bra for several weeks and should avoid heavy lifting and strenuous upper body exercise for around 4–6 weeks.

How long do breast implants last?

Breast implants are designed to be long-lasting and do not have a fixed expiry date. They do not need routine replacement unless a complication develops or you wish to change their size or shape. Regular follow-up examinations are recommended to monitor implant health.

Can breast implants be combined with other procedures?

Yes. Breast implants are commonly combined with a breast lift (mastopexy) to restore both volume and breast position, or with other body contouring procedures such as a tummy tuck or liposuction as part of a mummy makeover. Your surgeon will advise whether combining procedures is appropriate for you.
