Suitability for veneers is assessed individually. The first step is to send clear photographs of your teeth and smile, along with any recent dental X-rays you have. These allow the dental team to give you an initial opinion and an indicative treatment plan before you travel.
Photographs are an initial assessment only. The number of veneers, the material used and whether veneers are appropriate at all are confirmed at a face-to-face examination in Izmir. An examination may show that a crown, or preparatory treatment first, is more suitable for some teeth.

MATERIALS
Veneer materials we use
We provide E.max and zirconium restorations. The right material depends on the condition of your teeth, how much natural tooth structure remains, your bite, and the result you are looking for.
E.max is a glass ceramic used for veneers where the underlying tooth is largely healthy. It is translucent, which helps it look natural on front teeth.
Zirconium is stronger and is generally used for crowns rather than veneers — for back teeth, and for teeth where more structure has been lost.

A veneer covers the front surface of a tooth and needs a largely healthy tooth underneath. A crown covers the whole tooth and is used where more structure has been lost, after root canal treatment, or on back teeth that take heavier bite forces.

How long does veneer treatment take?
Treatment length depends on how many veneers are planned. Even the largest cases, such as a full 20-tooth Hollywood Smile, are completed within a maximum of 10 days in Izmir.
Smaller cases take less time. Your exact schedule, including the number of appointments and when you are able to travel home, is confirmed in your treatment plan and by the treating dentist.

Our treatment guarantee
Veneers and crowns are guaranteed for one year from the date they are fitted.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by smoking, inadequate oral hygiene, accidents or injury, or other patient-related causes.
If treatment is required under the guarantee, it is carried out in Izmir by the treating dental team and no charge is made for that treatment. Flights and accommodation remain the patient’s own responsibility.
