Treatment Guarantee

This page sets out the guarantee that applies to treatments arranged through Revitalize in Turkey. It applies to all treatments, unless your written treatment plan states otherwise.

What is covered, and for how long

Dental implants are guaranteed for one year from the date the implant is placed.

Crowns and restorations are guaranteed for one year from the date they are fitted. Because a crown is fitted at a later appointment — at least three months after implant placement — its guarantee period begins later than the implant’s.

Surgical and other treatments are guaranteed for one year from the date of treatment. For these treatments the guarantee covers medical complications arising from the treatment, and any revision that becomes clinically necessary as a result.

It does not cover dissatisfaction with an aesthetic result where the outcome falls within what was discussed with you before treatment. Whether a revision is clinically necessary is a clinical judgement made by the treating team.

What is not covered

• Damage or failure caused by smoking
• Inadequate oral hygiene or failure to follow the aftercare instructions given to you
• Accident, injury or trauma
• Any other patient-related cause
• Treatment carried out by another provider after you return home
• A preference for a different aesthetic outcome, where the result is within the range discussed before treatment

How to make a claim

Contact us with a description of the problem and any photographs or reports from a dentist or doctor who has examined you. Your case is reviewed by the treating clinical team, who will confirm whether it falls within the guarantee.

If it does, the necessary treatment is carried out in Izmir by the treating team and no charge is made for that treatment. Flights and accommodation remain your own responsibility.

What a guarantee is not

A guarantee covers the treatment provided. It is not a promise of a particular aesthetic result, and it does not remove the normal risks of medical or dental treatment. Healing, appearance and longevity vary between patients and depend on individual factors including general health, bone and gum condition, lifestyle and aftercare.
